    valid both when you apply and when the visa is issued; and You are working for
    an employer named on your work permit who has made a permanent job offer.

    You are currently working in Canada on an LMIA-exempt work permit or a work
    permit issued under a provincial/territorial agreement & your work permit is
    valid; and Your employer has made a permanent job offer.

    You currently do not hold a valid work permit and is not authorized to work
    in Canada & a prospective employer has made a permanent, full-time skilled job
    offer; and Offer of employment has received a positive LMIA.

    You are currently working in Canada and a different employer has offered to
    give you a permanent full-time job & a prospective employer has made a
    permanent, full-time skilled job offer; and The offer of employment has
    received a positive LMIA.

    You are currently working in Canada in a job that is exempt from an LMIA,
    but not under an international or federal-provincial agreement & a prospective
    employer has made a permanent, full-time skilled job offer; and The offer of
    employment has received a positive LMIA

    Arranged employment (principal applicant only).

    Your previous study in Nova Scotia (at least two academic years of full-time
    study in the past five years.)

    Your accompanying spouse/common-law partner’s previous study in Nova
    Scotia.

    Your previous work in Nova Scotia (at least one year of fulltime work in
    skilled occupation; NOC 0, A, B in the past five years).

    Your accompanying spouse/common-law partner’s previous work in Nova
    Scotia.

    Relatives of principle applicant or spouse/common-law partner in Nova
    Scotia.

    Spouse/Common-law partner’s level of language proficiency (minimum CLB
    4).
