Initial Consultation Agreement
This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – Balihar Baryah (RCIC #R705548) of Visa Vyom Immigration and the client.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to conduct a thorough analysis and offer comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees, and costs. For any subsequent discussions or new topics not covered in this agreement, a new agreement must be signed.
FEES
The CLIENT is obliged to pay a fee CAD (Canadian Dollars)
LIMITED SCOPE OF SERICES
The information provided to the RCIC through the Initial Consultation Form and during the consultation is for consultation purposes only. It does not establish an RCIC-client relationship unless both parties sign a retainer agreement for representation.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client must provide the RCIC with all necessary factual information and documentation required for the consultation. The Client must be truthful, accurate, and disclose all relevant information, including any negative or adverse details that may impact the advice provided.
Failure to fully disclose all relevant information may affect the accuracy of the advice given, void this Agreement, or significantly impact the outcome of the Client’s application or retention of any status obtained.
ADVICE VALID AS OF CONSULTATION DATE
The advice provided by the RCIC is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the date of the consultation. The RCIC is not responsible for any changes in government legislation or policy that may affect the processing of the Client’s subsequent application.
NO GUARANTEE ON OUTCOME
The RCIC will provide consulting services to the standard of a competent CICC member. However, the RCIC does not guarantee that they will be able to assist the Client in achieving their business, education, employment, or immigration goals.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The RCIC is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information. This duty ensures open and complete communication between the Client and the RCIC. Any information or documentation provided by the Client will not be disclosed to third parties, except to the RCIC’s agents and employees as necessary, or as required by law, without the Client’s prior consent.
JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
REGULATOR
RCIC Balihar Singh Baryah (R705548) is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking through this appointment tool, you acknowledge that you have read the above terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
